These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Da Vinci Entertainment Holdings LLC, operator of SKAI Radar. By using the website or an authorized customer account, you agree to these terms.
Business service and eligibility
SKAI Radar is intended for lawful business use by adults who can enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate registration information, authorized use by your team, and protecting account credentials and multi-factor authentication.
Reservations and access
A Founding reservation records verified interest only. It does not create an account, subscription, entitlement, monitoring job, or right to access the service. Any invitation, activation window, available features, limits, and price will be shown before payment. Public signup and paid access remain closed until SKAI announces availability.
Customer-directed monitoring
You may submit businesses, domains, and public sources relevant to a legitimate competitive-intelligence purpose. Submission does not guarantee approval or collection. SKAI may decline, pause, or restrict a source to respect access controls, source rules, safety, service limits, or law. You must not use SKAI to target individuals, access private systems, bypass controls, harass, discriminate, or conduct unlawful surveillance.
Intelligence limitations
SKAI separates observed evidence from interpretation and recommendation, but public information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed by its publisher. Opportunity Score is a prioritization measure, not a probability. Confidence is independent from score. SKAI does not guarantee outcomes and does not provide legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and appropriate independent review.
Customer content and confidentiality
You retain your rights in information you submit. You grant SKAI the limited permission needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. Customer configuration, private evidence, reports, and analysis are authorization-controlled. You must respect the confidential information and intellectual-property rights of SKAI and others.
Subscriptions and payment
When paid access opens, the checkout page will state the price, billing interval, included limits, renewal terms, and available cancellation method before purchase. Payments will be processed by Stripe under its applicable terms. Taxes, if legally required, may be determined at checkout even when no tax is currently configured.
Availability, suspension, and termination
The service may change during Private Alpha. We may suspend access to protect customers, comply with law, address nonpayment, prevent abuse, or maintain service integrity. You may stop using the service and may cancel a future subscription through the available account or support process. Ending access does not erase records we must retain for security, billing, legal, or audit purposes.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website and Private Alpha service are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Da Vinci Entertainment Holdings LLC is not responsible for decisions made solely from incomplete public evidence, third-party content, or uses outside the documented service boundaries. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update the terms as the service develops; material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, notice.
