SKAI Radar is operated by Da Vinci Entertainment Holdings LLC. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Early-access information: your name, email address, consent record, verification status, and limited anti-abuse data.
- Account and business information: account identifiers, authentication status, business profile, competitors, markets, priorities, preferences, and the public sources you ask us to review.
- Service records: collection history, public-source evidence, Signals, recommendations, reviews, reports, audit records, and service-health events.
- Technical and security information: IP address, timestamps, browser or request information, session records, and security logs needed to protect the service.
- Billing information: subscription, invoice, payment-status, and Stripe customer identifiers when billing opens. SKAI Radar does not receive or store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to verify reservations, provide and secure accounts, configure customer-controlled monitoring, create intelligence outputs, support customers, prevent abuse, maintain audit history, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Public evidence and private analysis
SKAI may collect approved information from publicly accessible business websites. The resulting evidence, analysis, reports, and customer configuration remain private and authorization-controlled. Customer and provider names are not used as private-storage path identifiers.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, email delivery, security, search, payment processing, and service operations. They receive only the information needed for their role and must handle it under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention
During the current Private Alpha, private raw web evidence is retained for 30 days unless a shorter period is required. Normalized hashes, provenance, decisions, reports, billing records, and audit history may be retained longer to preserve traceability, resolve disputes, secure the service, or meet legal requirements. An unactivated Founding reservation is retained until launch communications are complete or you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or close an account. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, legal compliance, or an auditable service history. Applicable law may provide additional rights.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, separation of customer data, encryption where appropriate, bounded service credentials, and operational auditing. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.
Children
SKAI Radar is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@skairadar.com.
